Alayna Blazakis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just want to give a shout out to Shannon and the team at Outlast Health and Performance! I have been working with Shannon for a few months now on several chronic orthopaedic issues. She has taken the time and effort to get to know me and figure out how best to partner with me to manage these issues so that I can continue to do all the activities and sports that I love. As an example, I wanted help improving my running form. Shannon, with her expertise clinical knowledge, has helped me to improve and focus on prevention of further injury. I love the care and personal attention that I receive during my visits. I have used many PT services over my sports rehab and I have to say that Outlast is tops!

Andrew Holmgren ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The crew at Outlast is the best. After a few session of PT, my shoulder was fixed. They are friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and empathetic. Best PT experience I have ever had. So good that I also joined their fitness classes. They provide expert and experienced instruction for all levels. Their workouts are well planned, challenging, and fun - far better and more personal than the larger chain places out there. The new facility is amazing with easy access and lots of parking. Five out of five stars for Outlast and its team!
