Join us for our HALFROX simulation event at Outlast Health and Performance. This is an awesome way to get you mentally prepared for a full HYROX event or to give you an idea of what occurs in a HYROX event! This HALFROX event is for everyone!
If you are participating in our HALFROX event as doubles, only one of you has to sign up through our form, but you will select doubles. Both you and your partner will perform the HALFROX at the same time by completing all of the runs together and sharing the stations in the You Go, I Go format.

The HALFROX race will consist of the 8 standard HYROX exercises and running. Repetitions and distances will be half of the full HYROX race standards but we will be using similar, if not identical, weights and equipment.

While you are encouraged to use the weights you would use in a HYROX race, you are welcome to modify to lighter weights if needed or heavier weights if you want more of a challenge.
