Join us for another KIDROX. This event is fun for you and your child to participate in that takes after the HYROX workout style. Children must be at least 8-13 years old and a parent MUST accompany them through the whole event.
The KIDROX takes after a normal HYROX but at a lesser distance, reps and weight.

The KIDROX race will consist of the 8 modified HYROX exercises and running. Weights will be decided by the child and parents participating during the event.
All participants will receive finisher medals at the end.
